Shelby Tuck-Horton, president and founder of Exquisite Expressions & Events, Inc., has been planning weddings since 1985. Shelby is a Certified Wedding Specialist and Master Bridal Consultant. She has been a featured wedding expert on national and local television and radio shows and is frequently quoted in national publications and local media. For the past six years, the prestigious Washingtonian Magazine named her one of Washington's leading wedding experts. She is the Maryland State Coordinator for the Association of Bridal Consultants, Key Vendor on The Knot, and the Online Consultant for the Maryland-Info.com Wedding Coordination Center. She also teaches wedding coordinating business courses at Prince Georges Community College and Northern Virginia Community College.

LaToya Brown, Professional Bridal Consultant, has been planning weddings since 1999. She is an active member of the Association of Bridal Consultants. She has been a featured wedding expert on national television and she is also an instructor for several professional development courses for wedding planners and consultants. LaToya is the recipient of several awards for her contributions to the wedding industry. Her positive “can do” attitude is a welcome attribute during the planning process and on the day of the wedding.
