• comprehensive planning meeting with client

• pre-wedding site visit to ceremony site and reception venue

• developing a detailed timeline for the vendors and wedding participants

• confirming and coordinating wedding details with vendors and service providers

• finalizing wedding details

• supervising and directing wedding rehearsal

• supervising and directing wedding ceremony and reception
